NE Motors Ltd provide a free courtesy car* service for the duration of your cars repair with us. In order to provide this service we must take some details from you. These will be stored in compliance with current data protection laws and will only be shared with third parties in the event that you receive a fine or endorsement whilst in possession of our vehicle.

- All loan cars are the responsibility of the customer whilst they are using it, if you receive a parking charge, speeding ticket or any other form of fine or endorsement whilst using our car you will be responsible for the payment/consequence.
- All loan cars must be returned with the same level of fuel as you receive this will be checked upon return of the car and if you have failed to refill the tank you will be asked to pay for the fuel required as well as a £20 fee to cover our time. Your loan car will be clearly labelled with which fuel it takes and you will be charged for any mis-fuelling while the car is in your care.
- All loan cars are non-smoking
- Well behaved pets are welcome in our loan cars but we do ask that you remove excess hair & use blankets to protect the seats/carpets where possible.
- As long as you are the key driver on your cars policy (not named/additional) and have fully comprehensive insurance you should be able to use our courtesy car. If you are unsure please contact your insurance company directly.
- Please do not leave any rubbish in the loan car (especially used masks, tissues etc). Whilst every care is taken to check cars in between customers it is your responsibility to ensure that it is appropriately disinfected for your use.
- If you find any personal possessions not belonging to you please notify/give them to NE Motors staff as soon as possible.
